I'm a treasury technology advisor based in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands. I help corporate treasury teams across the BeNeLux, wider EU and Middle-East figure out what actually needs fixing in their treasury setup — and then, where it makes sense, we build the tools to fix it.
I've spent more than twenty years inside this world: as a corporate treasurer, as a treasury consultant, and on the banking side. That mix matters. It's the reason I tend to see the same problem from three different angles, and the reason my recommendations rarely default to "buy more software".

FIS Integrity is where I go deepest
If you run FIS Integrity (now FIS Treasury and Risk Manager – Integrity Edition), this is where my hands-on experience is deepest.
Implementations. Upgrades. Module roll-outs. SWIFT and host-to-host connectivity. In-house bank set-up. Cash management, dealing, accounting, market data, reporting.
I've delivered all of it for European corporates and financial institutions, and I've seen most of the ways it can go right and wrong.

Diagnosis first. Whether through the Treasury Tech Health Check or a short discovery call, the first conversation is always about understanding what's really going on — not pitching a deliverable.

Recommend, don't assume. Sometimes the answer is a process change. Sometimes it's a configuration tweak inside the existing TMS. Sometimes it's a small, focused application that quietly absorbs a workaround forever. I'll tell you which one fits.

Build only when it makes sense. Behind PowerTreasury sits a portfolio of in-house applications that complement, rather than compete with, your treasury system. They're the reason a small senior team can deliver work that usually takes a much larger firm.

Awards & recognition
I founded three treasury-focused software companies — TMS Optimizer, CashMeasury, and PowerTreasury — each born out of a problem I'd seen one too many times in client work.
I'm a Registered Treasurer (RT), an active member of the Dutch and European treasury communities, and I work in English and Dutch. I frequently present on the EuroFinance Events.
When I'm not in a treasury system, I'm probably in a different kind of system entirely — I write a lot of code, mostly for the apps you'll find on the Applications page.
